The IMF released its 2017 Regional Economic Outlook for Sub Sahara Africa on October 30th. The African Department of the IMF will provide the lead speaker to present key findings of the report. Please join us for a spirited discussion on opportunities and challenges for Africa's economic development. The panel will feature C.D. Glin, President & CEO of the U.S. African Development Foundation and Flori Liser, President & CEO of the Corporate Council on Africa.

The IMF released its 2017 Regional Economic Outlook for Sub Sahara Africa on October 30th. The African Department of the IMF will provide the lead speaker to present key findings of the report and participate in a discussion. There will be two panel discussions following the IMF presentation. Mr. C.D. Glin, President of the U. S. African Development Foundation, and Ms. Florizelle Liser, President and CEO of the Corporate Council on Africa, have agreed to serve on the first panel. A second panel will include private sector representatives who will speak to the realities of doing business in Africa and how the findings from the Economic Outlook Report will impact their work.
